1st day |
- Upon your arrival to istanbul transfer to your hotel and C/in. Overnight in ISTANBUL

2nd day |
- Fly to Kayseri and transfer to Cappadocia after 1 hour driving. C/in to Kapadokya Lodge Hotel. After resting of ½ hour, take a start to tour.
- Lunch at HANODASI and first impressions of the place where you will cook. Your guide will introduce you exceptional Anatolian dishes to clarify which 3 of will be choosen by each of you.
- Visit of Göreme Open Air Museum where rock churches carved by the first christians after the 4th.Century and decorated by frescoes that explain the life of JESUS, is the place where the first religious education was started
- Climb up Uçhisar Castle used as a watch tower and also populated by head of the village
- Back to Hotel.

3rd day |
- Depart after breakfast for a local market for buying ingredients depending on which dishes were prefered in the day before. Arrive to HANODASI and following the lesson, a walking tour through the exceptional valley, KIZILÇUKUR, of Cappadocia.

4th day |
- After having had breakfast, participants will take part in the another cooking lesson at HANODASI.
In the afternoon Participants will enjoy a guided tour through the spectacular places of Cappadocia;
- Derinkuyu Underground City where dwelling was started during the Hittites ( 2000 BC) and became a big shelter for 12 different nations.
- Narli Göl, a crater lake, is the firmly proof of the region was the volcanic area.There is hot spring water by the lake.
- Ihlara Valley , the deep canyon, was formed by the volcanic eruptions.The scenery is fascinating too.

5th day |
- The another cooking lesson will take place just after breakfast. The main topic will be Anatolian desserts. Following the lesson, visit wine factory and taste of delicious cappadocian wines. After small relaxation at hotel depart for HANODASI again to show what the participants will be able to make on their own.
The closing dinner will feature presentation of what they cooked and a ceremony of certificates to all participants
- Ps. * A small competition will be held among the participants; a winner will be choosen by jury and awarded a very special prize.

6th day |
- Discover the cappadocian highlights;
- Pigeon Valley the houses specially built on the slopes of valley for pigeons
- Zelve-Pasa Bag (Monk's Valley) where you will see the first example of monk's chapel
- Avanos( Handicraft center ) Possible to see Pottery Manufacturing by Hittite technique and realive dying art of Iznik Tiles and Plates
- Lunch at a cave restaurant
- Weaving Cooperative ( Young girls display their arts on weaving from A to Z )
- Transfer to ASR Kayseri Airport for flight at 10:20 pm just after dinner
- Arrive to Istanbul and transfer to Hotel******* .Overnight in ISTANBUL

7th and 8th days |
- Tour includes 2 full days in magnificient city of Istanbul. You will visit the best examples of Turkish and Byzantine arts as; Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace and Hippodrome, the ancient site of chariot races
- End of the eighth day, transfer to Airport and return to your home having been skilled anatolian dishes to serve at your home.
