DAY1 KAYSERİ-TRANSFER
Meet the guide at the Kayseri ASR Airport and transfer to Cappadocia. Welcoming Cocktail and brief information on the itinerary. C/in the hotel after refreshment, have a dinner  (D)

DAY2 COURSE & GÖREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM
After breakfast at the hotel, depart by tour vehicle to pottery manufacturing factory, the place where you’ll have the course. After tour through the factory, drive to carpet manufacturing factory for having an idea about the place where you will take the course. Lunch at an authentic restaurant. Later on, visit to Göreme Open Air Museum, to see the awe-inspiring painted churches built by exiled Christians during the Roman era. Back to hotel.(B-L-D)

DAY3-4 COURSES
After breakfast depart to Avanos pottery factory for the 1st & 2nd day courses covering mud fermentation, shaping on the wheel, baking, paint techniques. Lunch at the factory; Turkish pide with Ayran. Stop at the wine factory and taste of delicious Cappadocian wines on the way back to hotel.(B-L-D)

DAY5 HORSE RIDING
Ride from Avanos to Sarihidir, a tiny fishing village on the Red River, where you'll stop for tea in a local cafe. Continue on to Sarihan, a beautifully restored 13th Century caravanseri, for lunch. In the afternoon ride amongst Cappadocia's famed fairy chimneys to Zelve, Pasabagi and Çavusin, where the horses will overnight. After leaving the horses, back to hotel. (B-L-D)

DAY6-7 COURSE & HORSE RIDING
After breakfast depart to Carpet Factory for the 1st & 2nd day courses covering spinning the wool, dying and knotting techniques, designing the patterns and finally weaving carpets. After you have completed all these steps, take the carpet to a place to learn how to wash and singe. Have a lunch at the factory. In the afternoon, enjoy a long, exhilarating ride through the Red and RoseValleys on to Çavusin and Avanos. Free afternoon for shopping or a much-deserved Turkish bath. Final dinner at the hotel.
