Whether you are an experienced home cook or are just beginner on cooking, our informative cooking class can help take your cooking to the next level. The hands-on cooking classes are taught in Anatolian’s professionally equipped kitchen. All you need to bring is your appetite for knowledge and fun…
A local chef (probably a village woman) will help you learn to cook basic Anatolian cooking techniques, from pastries and everything in between.
It is also possible to bring along a non-participating partner who can have spending the days sightseeing while you learn to cook and then rejoin the party for the evening meals.

Day 1: Fly to Cappadocia. Meet the guide and transfer to the hotel.A Welcome Cocktail with wine selections.
Depending on the flight time; free time at the hotel or take a start discovering highlights; We start with a walk up to ‘Uçhisar Castle’ for magnificent views of Göreme Valley followed by a walk through ‘Pigeon Valley’ to Maccan. Dinner at the hotel


Day 2: After a visit to the fascinating Goreme Open Air Museum, a pilgrimage centre, where rock churches were carved by Christians in the 4th century we continue to Zelve Paşabağ and the Devrent Valley, where we find the most interesting fairy chimneys and make a visit to Avanos a centre for traditional handicraft.
For the participants;
After visited to Göreme Open Air Museum, back to the hotel for cooking course. You will be informed by local technical team on Turkish cuisine and discovery at the kitchen. After the first impression of your course place, a small lesson for cooking traditional “Turkish coffee” then try to cook for the other guest…) before they arrived back to hotel


Day 3: Our focus today combines Derinkuyu Underground City, the best example of these cities, dating originally from 2000 BC with a walk in the fascinating Ihlara Valley, a deep canyon with churches cut from the rock, resplendent with frescoes.
For the participants;

After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Derinkuyu underground city. Then, the local market for the ingredients you will use while cooking. Back to the hotel and learn how to cook of “BULGUR PILAVI ” and “KARNI YARIK”


Day 4: A day at leisure and a chance to choose from a range interesting diversions such as hot air ballooning, wine tasting or horse riding.

For the participants;
This is a big and very difficult experience of Anatolian tradition of RAVIOLI ( MANTI )
Anatolian Desserts; KALBURBASTI


Day 5: A few of Cappadocia’s cave villages are as steeped in history as much as Mustafapaşa where you can almost touch the history with visits to the old Greek houses. The remnants of many layers of history are all around in our walks in the Soganli Valleys, which were occupied from early Byzantine times. Their beautiful churches contain frescoes dating from the period between the 9th and 13th centuries. We have the opportunity witness sunset and have a relaxing tasting of the delicious local wines with a visit to Kizilcukur!

For the participants; another Anatolian taste will be taken part in the lesson
SOUP with chickpea, yoghurt and dried ravioli,
GÜVEÇ (meat and vegetables in pot)
Then catch up with the group while they are on the tour.


Day 6: After breakfast at the hotel, depart for a half a day walk through Kızılçukur-Güllüdere-Zindan Önü-Çavuşin. After having visited the castle in the village, enjoy the local tastes. Then, visit to kilim weaving demonstration and carpet education program.( If required ) and onyx & souvenir shop
( optional ) back to the hotel.
For the participants;
A Gala Dinner prepared by the participants will be awaiting for the whole group at the place where the lesson was run.

Day 7: Transfer to Kayseri for our flight return to your home having been skilled Anatolian dishes to serve at your home )
